Our staff is committed to your safety. While onboard Starline collection coaches our team of drivers, maintenance staff, and cleaning professionals wear face masks for your safety. Under current Washington guidelines and in accordance with CDC recommendations, all passengers are required to wear face masks while onboard a Motorcoach.

As an added peace of mind, clear barriers between rows are available on our coaches. These barriers provide additional protection between rows and further peace of mind for passengers. These barriers are unobtrusive, designed to limit any visual distortion, and offer added protection from airborne particulates from coughs, sneezing, and/or talking. When used in conjunction with masks they provide the utmost in passenger safety and peace of mind.

Physical distancing is possible while using coaches through varying seating configurations from 9-26 passengers to accommodate varying comfort levels. Groups are able to establish their desired level of distancing and our team can help mark the seats that are available for seating according to that desire.

We use CDC-approved cleaners to specifically combat the germs associated with the COVID-19 virus. We use products that have been specifically designed not only to kill these germs on contact but that also stay on surfaces actively protecting them 24/7 from future infections. We are proud that our customers can feel safe while onboard and our cleaning is a big part of that commitment.

Whole-coach disinfecting using electrostatic fogging technologies, 100% biodegradable surfactant sanitizes hard and soft surfaces for maximum effectiveness, eliminates SARS-CoV (COVID-19), and is EPA registered; leaves HVAC systems, filters, and air ducts free of microbial contamination, ensuring lasting air quality.

With our state-of-the-art filtration system, the cabin air completely exchanged with fresh, outside air approximately 100 times per hour. Compared with airlines at 35/per hour and hospitals at 15/ per hour; the more exchanges; the healthier the environment. Our HVAC system filters all recirculated air with anti-microbial MERV 8 filter media, removing respiratory droplets and killing pathogens on contact.

Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available on every coach at the front by the door and in the back by the restroom. Using hand sanitizer dramatically reduces the germs and contaminants that are found on hands from everyday living and helps keep spreading germs down.
