Duties:

• Quoting and booking charters demonstrating the ability to close a sale from start to finish.
• Provide each customer with professional and courteous phone greeting.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist customers in selecting the right size coaches to meet their needs.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to and support change within the business.
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize assignments.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with computers, facsimiles, email and live chat.
• Assist in department tasks as assigned.
• Must have the ability to support a flexible schedule.

Other Qualifications: High integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, team player, positive attitude in corporate environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and manage multiple tasks/projects.

Drug free work place, testing is required

Able to pass a background check

High school diploma or GED, some college is a plus.
